Step 2
Establish Care with the Provider
You can meet your provider at our clinic or talk with them online. However, if you're considering treatments that involve controlled medications, like Testosterone replacement therapy, you need to visit your provider in person. As a new patient, you'll have a full hour with your provider. They'll learn about your health history and do a check-up. Also, if you've recently completed any lab work or have records of your labs, please bring them with you for the provider to review. This helps them choose the best tests and make a treatment plan that's tailored specifically for you.
After labs are completed, we encourage booking a follow up appointment upon completion at your convenience to meet with you in person at our clinic or through tele-health. The provider will spend time reviewing your lab work, and customizing a treatment plan specifically for you.
Step 3
Complete Lab Work
A comprehensive lab panel will be ordered. It is important to know that additional labs may be needed after the initial consultation pending any new, unexpected findings.
You have options:
*Local Lab, orders will be emailed directly to you.
Can be ran through your insurance.
Choice of location.
Comfort, your usual lab.
* LabCorp, faxed directly to them.
Can be ran through your insurance.

* If you wish to utilize your insurance, we will email your orders directly to you. Please note that some insurance will not cover the cost of our services.
We only accept results that have been collected within the past month.
Step 4
Review Labs and Begin Treatment
After you finish your lab tests and set up another appointment, you'll talk to the provider to make your final care plan. This visit will include looking at your lab results and making a health plan together. If you need medicine, we'll send it with everything you need to your home. We'll teach you how to use the medicine and be here to help you. Your account will be charged automatically. If you need more medicine, just let us know, and we'll send it to you
Step 5
Follow-Up
For peak performance and optimization, follow-up is required approximately every three months. There is variability given specific patient needs.
After the initial consult, visits can be conducted virtually for your convenience. But an annual in-person office visit is required to meet state regulations with any controlled medication including testosterone.
Due to the Covid-19, State regulations have permitted Telehealth visits for initial consultation, annual visits, or follow ups at this time. Please note that this can change at any time and by the provider's preference.
