What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also accept cash; however, we do not provide change at this time.

FSA or HSA use is welcome, and TLC Wellness can provide copies of invoices and lab requisitions as needed. Because we are direct pay and do not seek reimbursement from insurance providers, we do not provide procedure codes (CPT) or diagnostic codes (ICD-10).
Do you accept health insurance?
TLC Wellness does not accept health insurance for our services. While health insurance dramatically enhances the quality of life, many health insurance providers consider our services elective.
I had recent lab work completed, Can I use it?
TLC Wellness will accept existing labs, only if they are no more than 30 days old and meet the equivalent of a comprehensive panel at a minimum.
Can you send my prescriptions to be filled at my local pharmacy?
Prescriptions will only be filled by a partnered 503A/503B pharmacy of TLC Wellness’s choice. This ensures that the quality, as well as the timeliness of your prescription meets our standards.
What are your business hours?
Clinic is available by appointments during weeknights and weekends. Please book an appointment to check our availability.
Why is my credit card information being requested at the time of booking?
Unfortunately, multiple cancellations and no-shows necessitate the use of a credit card to serve as a placeholder only.
We understand that cancellations happen. You have the right to cancel your appointment up to 8 hours before your scheduled appointment time without a fee. This will allow the time slot to be made available for other clients. If you cancel less than 8 hours from your appointment, your credit card on file will be charged the entire fee for your service.
Intake paperwork must be completed at least 8 hours before your appointment to allow time for a provider to review it; if it is not met, your appointment will be canceled, and your card will be charged the entire fee for your service.
We appreciate your adherence to and understanding of our cancellation and paperwork policies so this allows us to serve all our clients as equitably and efficiently as possible.
